I map where an operation is leaking time and money, redesign the workflow around the actual outcome, and automate the parts that don't need a human anymore. I've done this inside large enterprises and for founder-led businesses. The deliverable is a workflow that runs — not a slide deck about one.

Most AI consultants come from tech. I came from operations. I've run a company as COO, designed performance and talent systems for thousands of employees at one of the UAE's largest banks, and spent the last several years doing AI integration work — often where those two worlds collide.
That combination is the value. When I walk into an AI engagement, I'm not guessing at how organizations resist change. I've been inside the resistance. I know what the org chart doesn't show.
I don't sell tools. I redesign the workflow, automate what should be automated, and make sure the people running it can own it when I leave.
